We want you to be completely satisfied with your Clean Co purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (cleaning liquids and detergents), we unfortunately do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is still in its original, unused condition

  • The packaging is intact and sealed

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thecleanco.co.za

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable


Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to error on our part.
